Our Commission Plans
Silver Plan
The Silver plan is our essentials plan. It doesn’t include signs, subscriptions, marketing, or mentorship.
Every deal closed 15% goes to Chamberlain Commercial.
85% is paid to the sales associate.
Gold Plan
The Gold plan includes all your signage, marketing for listings (website, OM, Video and Photography, Loopnet ads). It does not include any subscriptions.
Ever deal closed 25% goes to Chamberlain Commercial.
75% is paid to the sales associate.
Platinum Plan
The Platinum plan includes everything from the Gold plan as well as a private office space and a Costar subscription.
Ever deal closed 35% goes to Chamberlain Commercial.
65% is paid to the sales associate.
Buyer and Seller Leads
If Chamberlain Commercial provides the sales associate a buyer lead the split shall be 55% to Chamberlain Commercial and 45% to the sales associate regardless of what commission plan they choose above.
If Chamberlain Commercial provides the sales associate a seller lead, the split shall be 60% to Chamberlain Commercial and 40% to the sales associate regardless of what commission plan they choose above.
